The bathroom had a horrible smell, and the cold at night was unbearable because the heating wasn't on. I had to sleep in my clothes. Breakfast was pretty pitiful, and the only outlet in the room was in the bathroom. I arrived at 8 and had to wait for someone to come get me. That person didn't speak any English. I'm not coming back, and I'd tell other travelers to avoid the place.

We found everything as expected, with clear online instructions for getting into the room at any time and using the facilities. The rooms were clean and spacious, the neighborhood quiet, and the port relatively close. Breakfast felt warm and homelike. I'd definitely stay here again if I pass through Ancona.

A great spot if you're catching the ferry the next day. The remote service works like a charm.

I'm sorry, my earlier review was a mistake. I stayed in your apartment with my husband and was very satisfied. I fully recommend it :)

We liked the idea. It's very neat and quiet, and close to the center.
