Federica put so much care into making sure we enjoyed our stay. She gave us ideas for places to visit and things to do, and everything felt thoughtfully done. It’s a peaceful spot, and breakfast included wholegrain bread, homemade jams, and yogurt.

Breakfast was generous, with homemade yogurt and jams, and the host suggested a great restaurant for dinner. The room and bathroom were big, clean, and spacious, and parking was available. A very sweet dog greeted us like family. We loved our stay and highly recommend it.

Federica made us feel so welcome, and she was full of helpful suggestions for places to swim, hike, and eat. Breakfast was a real highlight, with homemade yogurt, bread, and cakes. We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely come back.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, which was a big plus for me, and the room suited a winter stay well. We spent three nights in December and really enjoyed the visit. The owner was very attentive and helpful. Breakfast had lots of healthy choices, mostly sweet, as is usual in Italy, but they asked if we wanted anything savory too. You can walk around Conero Park from the B&B and take in the Marche countryside. There are some very good dinner options nearby.

She was a friendly, energetic host and made sure we had what we needed, including a map and suggestions for the area. The room was cute and quaint, with a homemade wreath as a Christmas touch. Breakfast was homemade and delicious.
