Il parco di Yuki (1)

I spent two months here for work, and the host's attentive check-ins, regular cleaning, and laundry service made it a comfortable, stress-free stay. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, and well equipped, with essentials supplied, from fresh bed linen and quality towels to toilet paper and coffee. Its quiet, very safe neighborhood has two large supermarkets and a smaller convenience store nearby. Most restaurants and leisure activities are a few kilometers away, but the bus stop right in front of the building makes getting around easy. The garden has a private, relaxing area with a table and chairs on one side and sun loungers on the other. Automatic shutters on all the windows add privacy and security. I'd highly recommend this apartment, especially for business travelers and long-term guests.

Parking was always available, under the building or on the street, even late at night. I stayed two nights in apartment number 1, which was practically new, well furnished, very quiet, and excellently soundproofed. The veranda was very well kept, and there was a little garden with loungers for sunbathing, overlooking a pine forest and giving us excellent privacy. The owner welcomed me warmly despite my late arrival due to traffic, showed me around, and explained how the appliances worked. He was also flexible about my checkout time, which I really appreciated. I'd highly recommend staying here, and I'll definitely be back! 😊

The owner was available at all hours and extremely kind. We rented the apartment for two days, and it was new, well maintained, very clean, and nicely equipped. The location worked really well too, with supermarkets and restaurants nearby, even within walking distance. Thank you.

We chose this for a group of Sicilian athletes, and Mauro did a great job meeting our organizational needs. The rooms were exceptional and spacious, with modern furnishings and a walk-in closet in each bedroom. Everything was organized and functional, the kitchens were fully equipped, and every apartment had a patio for outdoor dining. There's also a laundry room with a washer and dryer, making it ideal for families and groups.
