New Born

It was inexpensive and convenient for the station, but what I booked as a regular hotel turned out to be more like an unstaffed guesthouse. Check-in was handled remotely over chat, which caught me off guard. I wish they’d made the remote check-in arrangement clear before booking. I was already a little uneasy when they asked me to send my arrival time and a passport photo about three days ahead of check-in. Then, after I posted this review on the booking site, I got a message saying they didn’t like what I’d written. The message told me in a commanding tone to read carefully before booking, even though the check-in method hadn’t been mentioned anywhere. Please don’t use customers’ contact details to send personal complaints. I provided my information for my stay, and receiving messages like that is a violation of my privacy.

The rooms were elegant, pleasant, and spotlessly clean, and we really enjoyed our stay. The property is excellent and just steps from the station. If you want somewhere right in the center that doesn’t cost a fortune, book here. Highly recommended!

Beautiful rooms and a great location near Roma Termini. The service was excellent, and Pierpaolo was very attentive!

The manager was friendly and very helpful. The room was new, and the bed was comfortable. It’s in a good spot for getting around, with places to eat nearby. I’d definitely recommend it.
