The room was clean and the location is excellent, close to the Vatican Museum. Breakfast was a hassle, though, since we had to go to nearby coffee shops and sometimes had trouble with the owners. One of them even refused to speak to the hotel owner on the phone, and we ended up without breakfast on our last day. If you book breakfast through the hotel, expect one croissant and a coffee for 3 Euros total. The elevator is old and small, which made getting around a bit difficult. Mr. Fabrizio is exceptionally kind, but I'd suggest focusing on great service to earn positive reviews instead of asking guests for 5 Stars feedback on booking sites.

We found everything very good and I absolutely recommend it. The staff were kind, breakfast was delicious and a lovely way to start the day, and the seafood restaurant downstairs was great. The apartment is in a beautiful, clean building, and we especially enjoyed sitting on the small terrace every evening. Everything was clean, and the people staying in the neighboring rooms were considerate. They also offered to pick us up at the airport for some extra money, which was very comfortable.

I can't give it zero stars. The room smelled awful, and the bedsheets still had hair on them and hadn't been changed since the previous guests. When we called, the owner said he'd change them after lunch, three hours later. A terrible experience.

The owners are lovely and helpful, and the typical Roman breakfast is served in a cozy café just around the corner. The rooms are nice, comfortable and very clean. It's an ideal starting point for the Vatican area, with good bus and underground connections to the rest of the city. We'll definitely be back!

We stayed for four nights in Rome and loved everything about this place. The location is handy, about five minutes from the Vatican museum entrance and another five minutes from the metro. There are lots of good food options nearby, and a supermarket right downstairs. We felt safe walking in the neighborhood even at night. Antonio and his wonderful family made us feel very welcome. They're friendly and work incredibly hard. The modern rooms are new, comfortable and well designed. After long days out, we'd return to a perfectly tidied, very clean room with toiletries restocked, fresh towels, coffee, tea, snacks, and complimentary water and fruit juice in the fridge. Sitting on the balcony to watch the sunset and enjoy the cool evening breeze was lovely. Breakfast at a nearby cafe was simple but delicious, just coffee and a pastry. The price is very reasonable for the rooms, service and location. It's one of the best places we've stayed, and we'd highly recommend it.
