I slept well, with no noise issues, and the price was fair. The shared apartment is comfortable and easy to get to, with pizzerias and grocery stores nearby and the train station very close. It's a 10-minute walk from the barracks, so it works well for people preparing for the Navy exam or anyone else. I really appreciated the owner's concern and helpfulness. He even did me the favor of carrying my luggage the next day, and I'm grateful for it. I highly recommend it.

I regret choosing Apartment 3. The closet smelled awful, the colored towels clearly weren't bleached, and the shutters were broken. Once dawn came, it was impossible to sleep. I think it's offensive to offer this apartment to guests, and I can't believe the reviews praising its cleanliness. For the same price, we found other properties around the Marche that were clean and made us want to return. Unfortunately, we'd already paid for this one. We were very welcoming, including breakfast.

The owners were very helpful, and the whole apartment was clean and in excellent condition. It was a comfortable, well-equipped place with everything needed, in a quiet area near the bus stop and not far from the train station. The room was cozy too.

A simple apartment, but very clean and a really good option. It's very close to the Navy selection center.
