Isabella treated us like royalty. The hostess was superb, everything was sparkling clean, and breakfast was glorious. A must for anyone traveling to or through Ancona. Thank you!

Isabella was especially kind and attentive, often noticing what guests might need before they asked. We had a wonderful stay. The room was charming, carefully designed, and spotless, and breakfast was excellent. The property is also in a really convenient spot, just steps from the bus station. If I'm passing through Ancona again, I'll definitely stay here.

Breakfast was generous and delicious, with plenty to choose from, from biscuits and cereal to yogurt, milk, tea, coffee, cakes, and croissants. The owner even asked if we preferred sweet or savory. She was incredibly kind, attentive to our needs, and clearly cared about every detail. The central location is close to the historic center but in a quiet area. The rooms are comfortable, well equipped with a hairdryer, complimentary toiletries, towels, and television, and were recently renovated and carefully maintained. Highly recommended!

Isabella is a wonderful host, discreet, kind, and always helpful. She runs the B&B with real care and dedication. The rooms are comfortable and spotless, with thoughtful details throughout. Breakfast deserves a special mention: she serves it to suit everyone's requests, and the homemade desserts are a treat that fit the quality of the place. There's also a free private parking space in the condominium courtyard. The accommodation is on the second floor, just outside central Ancona, about five minutes away. We had a great time and would definitely return if we get the chance. Thank you!
