2/10
A really poor experience. The owners were rude and insisted on speaking Italian while we were trying to communicate in English and find solutions. Whether the pool was available seemed to depend on their mood. If you still can, run. There are plenty of better-served places in Ancona that cost less.

A spacious apartment, a nice host, and lovely surroundings made this a perfect place for a holiday in Ancona. There’s a large park, a tennis court, a pool, and a view of the sea. Highly recommended.

The ad was misleading. The rooms and bathroom were dirty, and although a pool is advertised, they only open it when they feel like it. They refused to speak English and absolutely expected us to understand Italian.

The owner was polite and very helpful, and the rooms were clean. Nice pool too. 10/10, I recommend it.

After a day at the beach, the spectacular pool was a refreshing treat. The setting also has a park with flowers, plants, olive trees, and a tennis court. The rooms are cozy, the owner is very kind, and there are restaurants nearby to suit all tastes. Beautiful place, with an excellent spot just steps from Ancona on the Conero Riviera. 100% recommended.
