The apartment’s in an amazing location, and breakfast was provided. The room was clean and had air conditioning, though the Wi-Fi signal was medium to low.

Fabrizia was incredibly kind. She got in touch as soon as we arrived in Rome, met us at the property door, and showed us how to get around the city. She even arranged an airport taxi for our very early flight. Impeccable service. We stayed four nights in the Cicerone Room, which was spacious and clean, with a view of St. Peter's Basilica. The internet worked fine, and breakfast included a hot drink, pastries, juice, and more. The B&B is a few minutes’ walk from St. Peter’s, with restaurants, a Carrefour supermarket, and several bus stops nearby that go toward the city center. The only small negative was that the mattress felt a little too soft for me, but it didn’t take away from a magnificent stay.

The location was great and the room wasn’t too bad, but I wouldn’t come back. Breakfast was pathetic, just pre-packaged pastries and the like. I found the shower really very dirty, and the air conditioning didn’t work properly. That matters to me when it’s 40 degrees.

We got a warm welcome and useful tips on public transport. The B&B was neat and clean, and very close to the Vatican. Excellent stay.
