It’s clean, quiet, and convenient, very close to the Victor Emmanuel subway station. The kitchen is well equipped if you want to make something or have a coffee, though I only used the coffee machine. The building is old, so the small elevator starts at level 1. It’s an interesting bit of old-building charm if you’re not claustrophobic. Otherwise, take the stairs. The house is on level 4 by stairs, or level 3 by elevator.

There are thoughtful little touches in the room and bathroom that make the stay worthwhile. The rooms are large, private, clean, and have a good-sized window. Breakfast was simple but satisfying, and the MRT station is just below the building. I recommend it for either a short or long stay in Rome.

We had a spacious, clean room with a closet, drawers, a table, and chairs. Breakfast was tasty and convenient, and coffee and tea were available. The staff were friendly and helpful, even assisting us with a dinner reservation. The location is walkable to the Colosseum and other attractions in central Rome.

Our room was big, clean, and tidy, and the host was a kind, nice lady. We stayed for a few nights and had a good time. The metro and some other attractions, including the Colosseum, are within walking distance. It was hard to find at first because it’s in an old Rome building with a small sign, but the host was very helpful in guiding us. I’d stay again.
