People were polite and welcoming, and the service was pretty good, though I found the restaurant waitresses' service a little lacking. The rooms were quite clean but a bit too small. It's about five minutes from the center of Andalo and around ten minutes from the skiing center. There are a few buses you can take to get there. Overall, it's a good hotel.

I wasn't keen on the pub.

The restaurant staff were helpful and friendly, and the food was good at both dinner and breakfast, where there was plenty of choice. We spent two nights in the Paradiso Suite. For a suite, I would have expected the skylight to keep out water without masking tape repairs and a blackout paper curtain. The power went out twice, and when it happened the second time we had trouble getting through to reception. The dark-haired receptionist wasn't very friendly.

What a lovely hotel. The breakfast was top-notch, and the staff were friendly and very helpful. A round of applause for the outdoor spa, where we relaxed and had a few bottles of excellent wine.
