This family-run agriturismo has been the highlight of our trip so far. Isotta is a wonderful hostess, and everything here feels first class.

Lovely house in a peaceful setting, with beautiful views all around. The little road up to it is steep, though.

Filippo and Isotta have created a lovely place in the green, just a short distance from Urbino. Their genuine warmth and professional care make the stay feel special. The apartments are roomy, clean, well organized, and fully equipped, and breakfast is excellent, made entirely with products from their farm. There's a beautiful outdoor setting for unwinding in nature, away from city bustle. If you're staying in Urbino, I'd choose this place. Thanks again, guys, and keep it up!

We were there in August, and it was so hot that we barely got to enjoy the huge terrace. It had two sun loungers, a swing, an umbrella, and a little table with two chairs. The apartment itself was charming, comfortable, practical, and stocked with everything, right down to dishes and a sponge in the fully equipped kitchen. Isotta was incredibly welcoming, kind, and helpful, and the farmhouse sits beautifully among the green hills around Urbino. The drive up isn't very convenient, but the place is worth it. If you're coming from Rome, don't rely on the GPS, call the property and Isotta will explain the best route. Highly recommended.

We only booked two nights, which feels like too few. Isotta welcomed us with real warmth and thoughtfulness, and even with a busy schedule she made time for a nice chat and tried to meet our requests. The apartment had everything we needed and was very comfortable, while the huge terrace gave us a wonderful view. The quiet really stands out. Breakfast in the garden was excellent, with their own fresh milk, yogurt, and proper cheese. We had a great time, and the three adorable kittens deserve a mention too 😊
