Sassdei My Active Suite Hotel

Our family loved the stay. The hotel is in a perfect spot for skiing, and both the food and the friendly staff were great.

The dinner was lovely, and I had one of the best SPA experiences I've had. The hotel has delicious food, friendly staff, clean rooms, a good ski room, and nice modern communal spaces, including the lift. Parking was good too. Its position near the cable car is probably the best in town, especially for skiers, and it certainly deserves its four stars. A few things could be improved. Breakfast could be better, and serving speck instead of bacon didn't work well for me because it tasted very salty when cooked or heated. Some bulbs were missing from our room, so we couldn't light it as we wanted, and the same issue applied to the shower. Our Junior suite lake had a view, as advertised, but buildings in front partly obscured it. The cheaper second-floor room we booked for family members wasn't advertised as having a mountain view, yet its view was better than ours. Still, it's a wonderful hotel, and all the staff are doing an amazing job.

A smaller hotel in a pleasant setting, right opposite the cable car, and a great place for winter skiing. It has parking, wifi, and car charging. Breakfast, dinner, and apres ski were all amazing, with an unusual amount of flavor and variety. Thank you.

I've never stayed at a better hotel! The room was really clean and nicely decorated, and the bed was so comfortable I slept like a baby 😁. Breakfast and dinner tasted great, with lots to choose from. The family who own the place were friendly and always willing to help. I only had one small complaint: water was free in the morning, but at dinner each 750cc bottle cost 3 euro. We ended up paying 45 euro for water 😣. I wish they'd told us beforehand 🤔.
