B&B Napoli Capitale

The room was spacious and clean, and the comfort was satisfactory. Still, I left very disappointed because the breakfast was a major reason I chose this B&B. Nothing was served at the property apart from coffee from a machine. They said breakfast would be at a nearby café, but the owner there told me the next morning it was just one croissant and one coffee. Booking.com’s photos and description showed ham, cheese, eggs, bread, and other food, none of which was provided. Breakfast matters a lot to me when I pick a place, and if I’d known what was actually included, I would have booked elsewhere. I didn’t feel comfortable confronting the property owner while on holiday. Afterward, I complained to Booking.com and gave the property a chance to resolve it, but the agent told me they couldn’t reach an agreement with the owner. Booking.com gave me wallet credit toward a future booking as a goodwill gesture, which I appreciate. It’s a shame, because the property itself is quite nice, but the big gap between the advertised breakfast and what we got really affected my stay.

The room was beautiful and spotless 💗, and Alturo and his wife were the warmest, most loving and welcoming couple I could have asked for!

We felt right at home because the owners were so helpful and ready to take care of anything we needed. Mr. Arturo suggested an itinerary every day, and thanks to his tips we saw almost everything and ate really well. It’s close to the metro and, even better, near the center for those who want to avoid it. Highly recommended.

The room was nice and practical, and the location made it easy to get to different parts of the city. But what we’ll remember most is the family atmosphere. Mr. Arturo and his wife welcomed us like their own children, and we had a wonderful time during our 4-day stay. We’ve just left and we’ll be back!
