Everyone on staff who I spoke with was especially friendly, and the breakfast was surprisingly plentiful and tasty. The hotel is basic, but everything was clean and in good condition, and the price was very fair. It’s right beside the main railway station, so it’s in a noisy part of town. The sound was manageable for me with earplugs, but if you’re sensitive to noise, this may not be the right place.

Arriving around midnight, having a safe place to stay mattered a lot. For a hundred, I got a good room. I only found out the next morning that breakfast wasn’t included, but the manager still let me have it for that price.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was spotless. Breakfast was modest but enough. The hotel is right in the town centre, near the main train station. From there, it’s a 40-50 minute ride to Pompeii and Vesuvius, making this a handy base for seeing the surrounding sights. It’s a city-centre location, so of course it can be noisy. If you want quiet, book somewhere outside the city rather than blaming the hotel for being in the middle of town.

The room was small but good value, and the staff were very friendly. The location was great. Breakfast could use some improvement.

The rooms were very small, and street noise made it too noisy. The service was great, though. Well done to the reception ladies!
