Domenico was wonderful, friendly, and respectful, and the staff were kind and polite. The room was clean and had options including TV, wifi, a refrigerator, and a separate bathroom. There's a balcony overlooking the city and the sea. The location is right in the center of napoli, close to the metro, a supermarket, and pretty much anything you might need, with access to everywhere. I'd recommend it to everyone.

The one thing to know is that the rooms are on the 6th floor. The elevator takes a 0,10€ coin, except on weekends and after 7PM. Il Balconcino is well placed, next to Naples main train station with subway access, and the historical center is close too. The owner was quick to respond and accommodating, and we had an excellent experience.

We'd gladly stay at The Balconcino again. It felt magical and romantic, easily one of our five favorite experiences in the city, and Domenico made us feel at home right away with his kindness and thoughtfulness. He paid attention to every little detail, which really added to our trip. We're grateful for the warm welcome and will be telling our friends about it. Big hugs from Vladi and Milena! 🌞🫶✨

Domenico and Assia were easy to communicate with, and the room was very clean and quiet with great shower pressure. I stayed three nights, before and after going to Matera Basilicata. Since the bus station was only a five-minute walk away, I could leave at 6AM without getting up too early. There was 24H luggage storage in the same building, which was very handy, plus a bar downstairs for breakfast or a coffee break. Corso umberto is lit up at night, so I felt relatively safe even though it's near Napoli centrale. I'd highly recommend it for travellers moving between several places from Napoli.

Domenico was a great host and gave us lots of helpful information. The apartment was clean, and the location worked perfectly for us, well connected to Napoli's main attractions and just a 5 min walk from the Station. We'll definitely come back 🎉
