We felt safe coming back late at night, even though parts of central Naples can feel intimidating after dark. The hotel is right on Via Toledo, the city’s main street, so restaurants, cafes, local shops, and international fashion stores are all nearby and easy to reach on foot. There are only four rooms, which gives the family-run place an intimate, boutique feel. Our room was quite spacious, and there were local pastries waiting for us, with more available by the coffee station outside. Laura and her husband were incredibly kind. When we arrived, they shared useful local recommendations for restaurants and places we shouldn’t miss.

The staff were very helpful, even arranging a driver and helping us get to know the city. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well looked after. It’s centrally located, so we could explore Naples on foot and reach the main attractions easily. We had a perfect stay. Thanks again, Laura and Cesare!

The directions to the accommodation were clear and easy to follow, and being right in the centre meant we didn’t need a car in Naples. Laura and Cesare were resourceful and very helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable, and guests can help themselves to complimentary coffee and fresh fruit in the common area at any hour.

We had a lovely visit to Naples, and Laura and Cesare’s warm hospitality made it even better. They were kind, helpful, and always available on WhatsApp if we needed anything. The accommodation was comfortable, clean, and in a great location. Highly recommend Toledo Class!

The room, location, and complimentary coffee table were all great. What stood out most, though, was the warm hospitality from Laura and Cesare. We loved our stay.
