There’s a microwave, a small kitchenette, and tea and coffee in the hallway, and you can leave your bags after checkout. Breakfast is at the nearby espresso bar Napoli, where you get a hot drink with a Sfogliatelle or croissant. The room was clean and had AC. The property is on the third floor, and the lift needs 20 cents the first time. It felt a bit scary, but worked fine for us. The location is great for walking to the old town and most sights. It gets noisy at night, so keeping the windows shut is a good idea.

The rooms were very clean, and the breakfast at the assigned bar was wonderful. Stefano was available to answer our questions and made us feel welcome. You can easily reach public transport, the old town, and the port on foot, though the area itself is busy and noisy.

We had booked about six hotels for our trip around Italy, and after the government banned travel the day before our vacation, the whole trip fell apart. Some places refunded everything, some part of the cost, and others offered a voucher for a future stay. This hotel offered no options and didn’t even reply. They declined my request for a partial refund twice without an explanation. I cancelled nine days ahead, and since our dates were over Christmas, they could easily have rented the room again. Enjoy Christmas with my 104 euros. Breakfast was included in our booking, so please feed a homeless person for two days. God bless you.

Once you’ve paid, it seems you stop existing to them. We couldn’t travel to Italy because the government had banned tourist trips. We’d paid in advance and tried to cancel, get at least some money back, or change the dates, more than a week before the trip. They wouldn’t allow it and didn’t even answer. Incredibly terrible service.

The owner was very cooperative, and communication was really good. I stayed here with friends for three nights. The rooms were clean, the location was amazing, and breakfast was tasty. Highly recommended!
