Evenings in the garden were a highlight: wine, crickets, bats, and fireflies. There were so many insects and butterflies, including a Swallowtail. If you love nature, it feels like paradise. We really enjoyed our stay and are sincerely grateful to the family for their hospitality. The house is on a hill in a wonderfully quiet setting, with a beautiful view across the valley and a big garden with fruit trees. The host kept picking fruit for us, plums, apricots, peaches, there was plenty. The town has several restaurants serving hearty meals at very reasonable prices. And if you’d rather not look for a restaurant every night, COOP nearby has delicious, high-quality Italian ready-made meals to enjoy on your own terrace with a good glass of wine. It’s a great holiday if you want to get away from everyday bustle. You can take lovely drives and enjoy the countryside, or head into the mountains for a hike or explore the town. Those steep climbs can be quite a challenge 😁.

The owners were truly kind and helpful, and it’s excellent value for money. The garden and porch are lovely, and the apartment was clean and very nice. The only small flaw was a musty smell, since there’s only one window. The B&B has an enviable spot, with spectacular views of the surrounding hills and olive groves, while the center of Anghiari is just a five-minute walk away.

The location is splendid, an old house with an olive grove and a lovely view over the Tiber Valley. We left the car and walked into town. Sansepolcro and other beautiful villages are only a few minutes away by car. We had a wonderful three days here, in this beautiful country house just outside Anghiari. Enrico and Giuseppina welcomed us so warmly. There were different yogurts in the fridge, and the studio was delightful, with everything we needed, tea, coffee, oil, salt, sugar, and breakfast croissants. Highly recommended! 😊😊😊

The owners are so kind and helpful. The apartment is practical, with elegant, refined furnishings, every comfort, and impeccable cleanliness. From the villa there’s a beautiful view of the enchanting Tiber Valley. It’s a place you just have to come back to!

The owners made the stay feel even more intimate, with a familiar atmosphere, conversation, and historical stories about the area. We came away feeling restored in body and soul. This farmhouse is only a few kilometers from Anghiari, about ten minutes from the historic center, set in surreal countryside overlooking a breathtaking plain lined with olive, cherry, and apricot trees. A unique experience.
