The stairwell and shared area inside the complex had no roof. During heavy rain, getting to our room was difficult: we had to take an umbrella up and down the metal spiral staircase, and large puddles formed at the bottom. It was very slippery and made the route between our room and the exit difficult and dangerous. The room was advertised as non-smoking, but smelled strongly of cigarettes when we arrived. The hairdryer overheated and shut off after only a few seconds. I reported it to the hotel contact, who apologized and said someone would look at it the next day. Nobody followed up, and it was never fixed. The living room lighting was far too dim, there was no dish detergent in the kitchen, and when we asked the cleaner for another roll of toilet paper, we were told we'd have to pay for it. This was the worst accommodation of our nine weeks traveling around Europe.

The street gets busy in the daytime, though it wasn't noisy at night. The apartment was clean and well equipped, with a very comfortable bed. Its central location made it easy to reach public transport, restaurants, and cafes. We were very pleased with our stay.

The apartment was clean, though one of them smelled of cigarettes, so even that wasn't entirely satisfactory. We had a bad experience communicating with the owner, who wasn't understanding or sensitive to our problems. We felt scammed because we were made to book three apartments instead of two. The area is near the center, but the neighborhood itself isn't very nice. I don't recommend staying there.

The modern apartment is in a good location, and booking and check-in were both easy. But the bedrooms get too hot in summer, with no air conditioning or bedroom fans.

We were five people in the apartment, and they knew that, but there were only four pillows in all. I didn't sleep well. I changed my rating to three stars because two might be a bit harsh, but when you're staying just one night basically to sleep, not having enough pillows isn't good.
