This lovely little house is right in the heart of Anguillara Sabazia, just steps from the lake and wonderfully peaceful. It made a great base for walks around the lake and some time to relax. Everything was perfect for us. The directions were detailed, the photos here and on Booking.com were accurate, and self check-in was available. The kitchen was lovely and had everything we needed. We'll be back soon, highly recommended!

We chose this place to see the village and Rome nearby, and it worked out really well. The apartment is spacious, with a large, very comfortable bed, and feels modern in its unusual rural setting. We had a wonderful stay, and being able to bring our pet was essential for us. The kitchen had everything needed for cooking, and the hosts kindly left coffee and some pastries, which we appreciated. There are lots of restaurants within walking distance. The village itself is beautiful, with incredible lake views, a great place to switch off and relax. Access is through a pedestrian zone, so it's a 150-meter walk from the parking area. We used the paid parking. I highly recommend it.

Daniela was available from the very first day and always ready to help with anything we needed. We were very satisfied with the tidy, clean rooms at Ardesia B&B and Beach, a brand new place with tasteful furnishings and all the comforts for a pleasant stay. It’s in Anguillara’s historic center, in a quiet spot just steps from the lake. We recommend staying here, and if we return to Anguillara, it will definitely be our home away from home.
