Guia made a room change for our special needs happen quickly and without hesitation. That level of care really stood out and left us feeling that the people here put hospitality first. We also loved the pool and the sauna and hamam, a relaxing way to wind down after skiing. The restaurant was a highlight: high-quality traditional dishes at breakfast, delicious food, and excellent service from two welcoming, professional gentlemen from Sicily. Winery… The hotel exceeded our expectations for a winter stay, with a perfect location and outstanding facilities. We'd gladly return and highly recommend it.

The owner was so friendly and welcoming, and made our big group feel comfortable. The food was really good, with Halal choices especially for us, and the desserts were delicious.

We had excellent dinners and a great wine selection in the restaurant, with a cozy atmosphere around a real fireplace. The accommodation itself is very comfortable, and the SPA was excellent. All the staff were polite and helpful.

We booked massages and a sauna and found them extremely relaxing. The staff were attentive and kind, and they were phenomenal with our service dog. The views are amazing. We chose this place to be near the Matterhorn because the Swiss side cost triple per night. We'll be back.

Guja sorted out all our airport transfers and made sure staff could drive us to and from the ski resorts at the times we chose. Roberto and Vincenzo were so friendly at breakfast and dinner, and went out of their way to make us comfortable, as did Joseph. Thanks to everyone at Maison Tissiere, we hope to return soon. We stayed over New Year's mainly for skiing. The rooms were lovely, there was plenty of space and the views were incredible, but the staff were the best part. I can't recommend this hotel enough.
