Everyone was so kind and helpful, and breakfast from the farm was lovely. I stayed three nights and would gladly have stayed longer. The room and bathroom were clean, charming, and very comfortable, with both a fan and air conditioning, which I really appreciated in July. With the breeze and greenery around, I can imagine not needing either in other months. It’s a quick drive to everything in town, or less than a half-hour walk. Delivery is easy to order too if you’d rather stay in and enjoy the space.

We spent the last week of September here as a family and hope to come back soon. Luca, a friendly young man, welcomed us, showed us around the agri-hostel, and explained the place. It’s peaceful and relaxing, surrounded by greenery, with farm animals you can visit almost any time. Our room was very clean, well equipped, and had plenty of towels and comforts. The rooms are large, bright, nicely furnished, and have air conditioning and a fan. Service is attentive and excellent. There are only two rooms, which helps keep things quiet, and the very large park brings a bit of nature even though you're in Anzio. Guests can use the hammocks and barbecues. The big terrace facing the park was a lovely place for breakfast outside, even in the August 2023 heat. There's internal parking, so cars are safe too. Just bear in mind the beaches are 2 or 3 km away, depending on where you want to swim. Having your own vehicle makes the trip quick and safe, since the adjacent Nettuno road is very busy. A very positive stay overall.

The breakfast was generous, with high-quality local products, and the hospitality was superb. We loved the setting at Agriostello, surrounded by greenery and animals, with a countryside feel despite being so close to the sea. Our room was brand new and had everything from a fridge and kettle for tea to air conditioning and a fan. My only gripe was the August heat: in our assigned room there was very little airflow with the windows open, which I prefer to using a fan or air conditioning. Highly recommended. I'll definitely return!
