Hotel Express Aosta East

The staff suggested local restaurants, and reception were helpful. We had some good conversations and shared knowledge about Italy and our travel plans. After a restful night, we enjoyed a varied breakfast with classic and Italian options, then spent the morning exploring Aosta’s historic center. It’s a little gem, and the hotel’s location was great. We’d gladly stay again and see more. Our room faced the car park. It was clean, comfortable, and functional, with a kettle.

Breakfast was included in our four-night stay at the express hotel, and we enjoyed it. The place was clean and nice, close to the airport and about a 10-minute drive from the city center. The staff were great, especially Giovanni, who helped with information for our stay, local suggestions, and parking options for our motorcycle. There was an unpleasant smell from a nearby facility, mostly at night. Closing the windows helped, and it wasn’t the hotel's fault. Apart from that, we really liked our stay.

Absolutely terrible. The food was the most revolting thing I’ve ever tried, and the beds were filthy when we arrived. There was a hole in the wall in the room and no lock on the bathroom door. Only five coat hangers for a four-bed room. The cutlery, plates, and drinks looked like they’d never been washed. This company needs a dishwasher and some decent cooks. Do NOT come here.

We stayed at Hotel Express Aosta for a ski holiday at the end of the 2025 season. For the price, the rooms were excellent and cleaned daily. The manager, Giovanni, was a terrific host, keen to make sure we were comfortable, and all the staff were incredibly friendly. There’s a large Carrefour and a sports shop just a two-minute walk away. The nearby gym, which isn’t part of the hotel chain, was welcoming when I paid for a couple of sessions. Sarni restaurant was excellent too, with a varied menu and courteous staff. Highly recommend!
