Malko, the owner, was fantastic, always welcoming and ready to help. We stayed for a week in a lovely apartment that was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location couldn’t be better for walking to the main historic sights and getting a feel for local life. I’d really recommend staying here.

There’s everything you need for a comfortable stay in the property, and the manager was helpful and quick to communicate. Check-in was easy and convenient. A top-notch experience, highly recommended. I’d definitely come back.

Everything was spotless and smelled fresh, with clean sheets and towels. The mini apartment also had Wi-Fi, a TV, a hairdryer, a small fridge, and a kitchenette. The host was kind and helpful from the start. We arrived at 9:15 PM, and he waited for us; he’d even reserved a parking spot under the apartment. He showed us how everything worked, left us the air-conditioning remote even though it wasn’t especially cold, and said we could have free drinks. The building was quiet and had security cameras. Its central location made it convenient for the Colosseum, the Spanish Steps, the Trevi Fountain, and other sights. I stayed there on the night of November 31st.

The apartment is beautiful, and the building has a lot of history. The main drawbacks are that the downstairs bedroom has no window and the living room has only a limited number of openings onto the landing.
