The awful smell from the water is the main thing to know about Agriturismo Relais Valguerriera, booked through Novasol. None of us felt comfortable with it. The host said they had added something to “clean” the water, that it wasn't poison but was healthy (!?), yet the whole flat smelled like polluted sewage. We couldn't use it to brush our teeth, and showering was very difficult. We were told the smell would go away after a while, but it was still there after 30 minutes. There were plenty of other problems. The inside walls were dirty, things were broken, and the sunbeds, umbrellas by the pool, and other items weren't in good, well-kept condition. Our apartment didn't have even a small teaspoon, a corkscrew, or wine glasses for the welcome gift. There was just one bedside light for three people, the only wooden chopping board in the house was moldy, the WLAN never worked, and the disinfectant gel stayed empty all week. No one seemed to care. In August 2020, it also seemed like C19 didn't exist, with all the families spending time together in a very large group. Those are only some of the things on our list. Sadly, this was not what we expected or what was shown and promised online. No one reached out to help after we complained. It took 11 days and several emails and calls before Novasol rejected our complaint after contacting the host of Valguierra, who said everything was fine :-))) We left early and spent some lovely days elsewhere, but we're still waiting for a cashback from Novasol. So far, Agriturismo and Novasol have completely ignored our proof pictures, and the contact person went on holiday after that first and only contact. This has been my worst customer experience with Novasol so far. Never again!

Be warned, the place is badly neglected and needs renovation throughout. The pool especially needs work, my daughter tore her foot badly there.

This lovely relais has three groups of farmhouses with several two- and three-room apartments, plus a central building that hasn't been renovated yet and has only a common room and a commercial kitchen. There's also a nice swimming pool with hot showers and restrooms. Dogs are welcome. It's in a great spot in the Marche hills between Fano and Urbino, reached by a fairly passable dirt road about 3-4 kilometers long. A great place to get away from the city bustle and meet new people. Mrs. Bruna runs the place impeccably and is always attentive to what people need. It's clean and wonderful all around. I spent 10 days here with my gym group, and everyone loved this enchanting place. It's a beautiful facility with a lot of potential, suited to relaxing days as a couple or to events, sports retreats, and more. I'll repeat this unique experience every year.

We paid €2,000 for a tiny house and squeezed 20 people into it. It was split into three apartments. Heating wasn't included, and gas cost €5 per cubic meter. The apartments were small, and the very old building took ages to warm up. We were freezing during the first few days, and one of us got sick. The rooms were extremely damp, as if they had been mopped constantly without ever drying, and dead bugs were everywhere in the apartments: by the windows, under the beds, even on the kitchen counter. The furnishings were among the shoddiest I've ever seen. We were afraid a table's legs would fall off if we moved it from upstairs to downstairs. The chairs seemed to break just by sitting on them, but we were still accused of breaking a piece of one. A bathroom handle was broken, and neighbors damaged an outdoor light fixture, yet we were blamed for it. The hygiene was terrible, with flimsy, 30-cent furnishings, the place was landfill quality, and the damp felt like a sauna. The water for washing and cooking was sulphurous. A terrible stay.
