Our original reservation had been canceled because of a banking mixup with the booking site. Even with the language gap, since we speak very little German, Anna managed to arrange a stay for all 10 days we had planned. She was amazing. The rooms were modern, clean, and well presented, and the working orchard is in a beautiful part of the world. Thank you, Anna.

It’s a distinctive historic house, with a romantic feel alongside modern comforts. We found it ideal for families.

Our apartment in Appiano sulla Strada del Vino had been completely renovated, and we spent some lovely days there on vacation. It was welcoming and practical, with thoughtful details and everything working perfectly. Though it’s right in the center, it felt like a green oasis. The staff were friendly and helpful. I recommend it to families with children and to solo travelers alike.

We stayed here with our cats and felt very welcome in the warm, comfortable house. Everything was functional, with all the comforts we needed, especially in the kitchen. You can also buy products from the estate.

The owners are attentive to what guests need and are glad to suggest activities nearby. The rooms were clean and welcoming, and the place has a quaint feel right in the center of Appiano.
