The people running the place were definitely very friendly, though we were only passing through for one night and barely had time to complain. But €75 for two people was far too much for this room. It was tiny, with no coat rack by the entrance, nowhere to put things, and no mirror except a small one in the bathroom. The blinds wouldn’t shut, the ceiling had cracks, and the bathroom door had a crack in it and wouldn’t close. There was no bidet, and we were told not to flush toilet paper, even though a drain pipe was taped in place. The drain sometimes didn’t work properly, and water only ran down it if you kept trying. We had to turn the water off at night because the noise was annoying. The sink was so small I couldn’t even wash my face. Given the condition of the room, it was absolutely not worth what we paid.

We booked rooms for visiting relatives, and they confirmed that the rooms were comfortable and clean and that the managers were kind. The people I spoke with by phone were friendly and helpful right from the start. Good value for money. I’d recommend it again. Thank you!

The many stairs are the one drawback. Otherwise, the owner is fantastic, the atmosphere is beautiful and well-kept, and the spacious, welcoming rooms have air conditioning. It’s just steps from the central station. I’d easily have given five stars if there were fewer stairs, and I definitely recommend it if you’re in the area.

We had a well-equipped room with a large, well-appointed bathroom and access to a spacious terrace. The location was great, and the managers were very helpful with tips and advice for making the most of our stay. I’d consider staying here again if I need a place in the future.

I couldn’t stay because of a mix-up with Booking, but the owner was kind and quick to respond. They found another solution and sorted out a real headache for me. Five stars anyway, and thank you so much!!!!!
