The hosts, Sylvia & Wouter, made our stay at Rosa Nel Pozzo feel special. They're genuine ambassadors for the guesthouse, discreet and candid, yet friendly and ready to help. They've lived in the region for some time and are fully immersed in an authentic Italian way of life. The setting feels like an oasis of calm, with scents and flavors from fertile countryside and lovely views across the rounded hills. It's in Regione Le Marche, between Rome and Rimini, near the blue Adriatic coast and its sandy beaches, with green valleys and hilltops behind Ancona. This is a quiet, timeless place, far from crowded resorts, amusement parks, traffic jams, casinos, and parking chaos. Historic surroundings and traces of centuries-old agricultural architecture give it a special character, and the winding road down to the scenic hamlet has postcard views. It feels like somewhere from a movie. The accommodations are modern and cozy, with well-equipped apartments and mosaic-tiled bathrooms. There's a crystal-clear, almost infinity pool, and real Italian home cooking and local wine are available on request. The olive grove is an iconic sign of peace and makes this a place worth seeing and returning to. A stay here feels like a step closer to Heaven.

I stayed at Rosa nel Pozzo in September 2024, and it was absolutely wonderful. I think my room was the Olive room. It was clean and quiet, with everything I needed for two nights. Since I didn't have a car, I arranged to have all my meals provided, and they were very delicious. Wouter and his wife picked me up at the train station and took me where I needed to go two days later. They're so lovely. I wish I could've stayed longer. If I'm back in the region, they'll be the first hosts I look up. Thank you!

The view is beautiful, and the accommodation was clean. Wouter and Sylvia were really helpful and welcoming. If you need a peaceful place for a short stay, this one is worth trying.

Those pasta evenings with Wouter and Sylvia were such fun, we laughed a lot, and they told great stories. They also shared useful tips about the area and would bring little snacks while we relaxed on the terrace. We felt looked after from the moment we arrived, and could even arrange to have dinner prepared for our first night, which made for an easy, relaxing start. We spent five days in Olive and five in Sole. Both apartments were comfortable and had lovely views, and we were glad to spend our whole holiday at Rosa nel Pozzo.

Autumn in Le Marche really surprised us, with beautiful colors and temperatures that were still pleasant. It was our second stay at Rosa nel Pozzo, this time in Pietro after staying in Sole last summer. Sylvia and Wouter were very welcoming, brought delicious breakfasts to the apartment, and shared great tips. The pasta dinner and homemade limoncello were fantastic, and we loved the place and its breathtaking sunsets all over again.
