Alessandra made us feel welcome and was very friendly. She also speaks English really well. My room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and a nice view from both windows. Breakfast had a good variety of tasty things. If you're cycling, the B&B is handy for the cycle route that goes through Arco all the way to Rival del Garda, and there's a secure indoor room where you can leave your bike.

The garden was such a peaceful spot to sit, read, relax, or have something to eat, either on your own or with the other guests. Even the parking area looks lovely. The B&B itself is cosy and amazingly clean. A great base for visiting Garda or Arco, or for climbing, hiking, trekking, and biking.

We liked the place, and it wasn't expensive. Breakfast was included, and there's a good restaurant at the end of the street. Arco centre is about a five-minute walk away. The street leading to the apartment is very narrow, though, and when we were there at the end of April the room was cold because there was no heating.

We'd love to come back. We spent two days at this air-conditioned B&B, and it felt like a quiet little retreat just a short walk from Arco. The place was clean, welcoming, and had a familiar feel. Alessandra, the young manager, was so hospitable and helpful. Her tips made it easy to see all the must-see spots even though we didn't have much time.
