Casa Belli Holiday Apartments

Everything was clean, and the host was very friendly.

The balcony looks out toward Arco castle, and the center is close by. The apartments were in excellent condition, with parking for cars and a room for bikes. The hosts were extremely welcoming and shared lots of useful information about places to see nearby and anything else we needed. I’d strongly recommend staying here if you get the chance.

The apartments were lovely and consistently clean, and the owners were dependable throughout. They’re genuinely warm-hearted people. I highly recommend staying here.

I’d give this zero stars because I never got to stay there. The listing said pets were accepted, but that wasn’t true for my cats. The woman on the phone said she might allow one dog, and reluctantly at that. My issue wasn’t really being refused, we’d be better off somewhere else anyway. It was how rudely she spoke to me and how little transparency there seemed to be. She told me to look elsewhere, adding that there were few or no pet-friendly places in Trentino and that I should go back to those. After seeing the response, I also reported it to Airbnb, since they told me the property wasn’t pet-friendly and that at most one small dog could be accepted across the whole property.
