I left to have breakfast at McDonald's, and that says it all. Don't take your shoes off or use the shower if you stay, and maybe clean your room before sitting down. It's not a four-star hotel. The basic hygiene here was too much to expect, the building needs knocking down and rebuilding, and I'd rather sleep in my car than ever return. There was a party in the restaurant the night I checked in, with fireworks near the car park, almost as if someone was trying to burn the place down. The bar was only open for party guests. The restaurant closed at 10pm, but the party went on until 1am. I have no issue with parties, but I went to sleep and had to leave early the next day, so I couldn't sleep in this chaos. Other guests complained, and staff did nothing. I was told the restaurant manager doesn't tell anyone what he's doing, which is why they had the party. Management doesn't have a clue how to handle situations. They offered me a refund, but 13 days after promising it, there's still no sign of one. There was no lift, and I couldn't even find parking.

The room quality was extremely disappointing. They were old, worn out, and badly in need of renovation, with dated furniture and decor throughout. The bathroom was especially dirty, with visible grime that made it feel unhygienic, more like a cheap motel than a four-star hotel. Given the condition of the rooms, I wouldn't recommend staying here. It falls well below the standard expected for its rating.

The staff were gentle and attentive, and I thought well of them until something on the final day changed my mind. Noise from the room next door woke me up. Staff spent at least 20 minutes trying to unlock its door, then eventually decided to use a hammer. Someone asked whether they were sure, since people might still be asleep, and another person clearly replied, "Who cares". I don't consider that respectful to customers. The room showed wear and tear and definitely needed refurbishment. The restaurant was good, though a bit pricey. And if you expect a four-star hotel, this wasn't one, unless the stars mean something else.

Our room was okay, but the heater got so hot when we turned it on that it couldn't be adjusted. I had a hard time sleeping.

They charge customers to use the Tesla chargers, and the rate is steep at 0.8 EUR per kW. My understanding is that Tesla provides these chargers on the condition that hotels let their guests use them for free, rather than making money from them.
