Le Case dei Baff

The owners welcomed us warmly and took care of what we needed, especially with our little toddler along. We had a thoroughly enjoyable three-night stay at this charming agriturismo. The room was spacious, spotless, and comfortable to return to after our daily adventures. The food showcased wonderful local flavors and ingredients. It's a peaceful retreat in beautiful nature, with memorable experiences and delicious meals for adults and children alike.

The food quality was amazing, and the farm is right next to the place. Prices are really good, with all primi piatti at 11€. Their locally made wine was a nice surprise too. It's easy to get to, in a lovely, welcoming location. A great spot for local, typical dishes. Strongly recommend it.

I've had dinner here twice while visiting the region, once with my family and once on my own. The welcome felt more sincere and warm than at any restaurant I've been to, and the food is just as comforting. Cheese gives me digestive problems, which is definitely a handicap in Valtellina, but I really enjoy their barley soup, manfrigole, and stewed pork ribs. They take great pride in their food, building, and service, and to my foreign taste buds they seem to do Valtellina food better than anybody. Those three dishes together are a bit much for me. I was completely full halfway through the pork ribs. Still, this was one of my best restaurant experiences.
