The room was cozy and clean, and there's convenient parking right next door. From the B&B, you can walk to the city center. The owner was kind and gave us tips on places to see and visit in Arezzo. Breakfast was a little disappointing, just one sweet bun and low-quality jam. We also had to ask before anyone brought the check.

We found it easy to walk to the train station from here. The owner was lovely and helped us find our way around the city, and the room was well maintained for a good price. Wi-Fi worked without any trouble. I'd happily stay again.

Mr. Antonio was attentive and friendly, and was always ready to explain the apartment or suggest places to visit. The place feels welcoming and is clean, with a well-equipped room, kitchenette, and bathroom. I highly recommend him.

We'll definitely return. The place was quiet, clean, and welcoming, and the owner was so hospitable, kind, and helpful.

The owner was hospitable and courteous. It's close to Arezzo's historic center, and paid parking is only 20 meters away. Excellent.
