Casa Mirko

I spent two weeks at Casa Mirko, and Walter was a really good host. He was pleasant, tried to help with the things I asked about, and clearly wants guests to feel comfortable. My colleagues staying in Arezzo at the same time paid more and got less. There’s parking, plus a nice park nearby for a morning walk or run, so it works especially well if you have a car. The apartment had everything I needed for a longer visit: a comfortable bed, a good kitchen with an oven, a good coffee machine, towels, and a nice bathroom. It was all clean, and the hygiene is clearly taken seriously. Walter served breakfast himself each morning, with good coffee, croissants, a freshly made egg, bread, cheese, and prosciutto or something similar. I also liked the machines with still or sparkling drinking water and free red or white wine while you’re there. This is the most complete accommodation I’ve experienced so far, across more than 40 countries and several hundred cities and destinations. I’d recommend Walter’s place to anyone. Don’t bother looking for a better option in Arezzo. Walter, thank you!

Walter made a real effort to make us comfortable, and the amenities were all next level. We felt completely at home at Casa Mirko and would happily stay again. I’d recommend it to anyone considering a visit to Arezzo.

Walter was the highlight for me. He was friendly and attentive, served me a very nice breakfast made with local products, and we had interesting conversations in Italian and Spanish. The room was clean and quiet, with a lovely bed, good linen, comfortable pillows and blankets, and a splendid mattress. It’s also great value, close to central Arezzo and very near the railway station. Wine, water, tea, and fruit are there to help yourself to for free. I stayed at Casa Mirko for two nights in November 2023 and liked everything. I’d gladly return if I’m in Arezzo again. Grazie&gracias Walter!

Free parking is a valuable bonus, and the service is outstanding. The rooms and one-bedroom apartment are tastefully furnished, comfortable, and impeccably clean. Walter’s B&B is convenient for seeing Arezzo, with plenty of good restaurants and tourist attractions within walking distance. You can’t go wrong booking here.
