The warm, luxurious relais made for a lovely stay, with excellent hospitality. It’s very close to Arezzoequestriancentre, right across from it. Nico belloni

We had paid the full amount in advance as requested, but the children came down with the flu on our departure day and we couldn't make the trip. The cancellation policy had been clear when we booked, and I understand that, but I still think a little common sense would have helped. They wouldn't offer any refund, even a partial one, or let us move the booking to another time, even for a shorter stay. There was no flexibility or willingness to help customers.

The apartment was really nice, and being so close to the club made it easy to walk to the stables. I shared it with five other people. The spiral staircase was very uncomfortable and noisy, and having just one bathroom was the other downside.

Chiara made us feel at home as soon as we arrived, and the apartment was cozy and spotless. It’s very close to the equestrian center, and she gave us great dinner recommendations. If you’re in the area, you should stay here.

Breakfast wasn't very good. The place itself was nice enough, but there was quite a bit of noise from the street next door and, presumably, the thin floors. We could hear the guests upstairs, so I'd avoid staying on the ground floor.
