The fruit bowl waiting for us was such a generous welcome. Our room was spacious, clean, and air-conditioned, and the bathroom was clean too, with good amenities. The residence is a pleasant walk from the historic center. With this much room and comfort, I’d consider staying again while visiting towns around Arezzo province. Elisa, the owner, is lively and helpful when needed.

We had a very comfortable, modern room, and it was huge and clean. The owner helped us sort out a late check-in. It’s about a 15-minute walk to the city center, with a nice bakery bar just across the street. I’d recommend it.

There are cafes and restaurants just a few minutes away on foot, and a supermarket about 700m away. The apartments are beautifully furnished and roughly 1500m from Arezzo’s old city. The owner was very helpful with directions and visitor information. We had a very pleasant stay.

We got discounts at a few places, and the room itself was lovely and had air conditioning. Good value for the price. It’s around a 20-minute walk to the city center.

The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the residence feels new, with everything we needed for one night. It was easy to get to, in a quiet area near the city center. We needed a very late check-in and an early check-out, and they were kind and flexible about both.
