The lake view room was absolutely the right choice. Its stunning view gave the stay a special atmosphere. The room was spacious, bright, and comfortable, with a great bed and a high quality mattress, plus a large bathtub that was lovely after a long day. Free parking on the property was very convenient. The staff were friendly and attentive. We brought our own wine and snacks, and the team kindly offered to open the bottle and brought glasses, ice, and everything we needed. That care stood out. Breakfast was very good too. We were very satisfied with our stay at Hotel Enakoma and would definitely like to come back.

The dinner made the evening feel special, every course was delicious. Villa Belvedere has a stunning position above Lake Como, and the whole New Year's Eve stay felt magical and luxurious. A lovely way to welcome the new year, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for that kind of experience.

The room had a great view of the lake, and the service was impeccable. There was a fridge and kettle in the room, too. The shower water never got very hot, especially at night, which was the main drawback. The location is otherwise excellent, right opposite the bus station and in the heart of the Agregno.

The restaurant was a highlight, with elegant surroundings, a magnificent view, and delicious food. Each day there were thoughtful little treats in the room, like chocolates and special Easter shortbread cookies. The room itself was simple but adequate, and the hotel is in an incredible location.

Parking was easy, and the room itself was beautiful, with a stunning lake view and direct access to the water. Breakfast was only okay, and a few buffet items seemed past their prime. The service came across as annoyed, particularly at breakfast, where it felt better not to ask for anything. The setting is gorgeous, but the staff could be warmer.
