The view over the castle and lake, above a lovely little restaurant, more than made up for a bit of street noise. We had a great stay and would book again. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel at home whether we arrived late, stopped by midday, or came down for breakfast. Breakfast had a big assortment of choices.

The location made it easy to get around: the bus station, city centre, ferry launch, castle, bike rental, trails, and mountain cable car are all under a five-minute walk away. Breakfast was an incredible buffet, the best we've had. The staff were great, and there was a nice pool and outdoor garden. We did hear some street noise on the Mountain View side.

We stayed with our two daughters in the hotel's lovely two-bedroom apartment, just across the road. It was clean, well equipped, and in a perfect location. Staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Parking out front is limited, but they went out of their way to squeeze my car in. Breakfast had an excellent range of choices. We'd definitely come back.

The pool was a treat, the rooms were well equipped, and breakfast was immense. The hotel is close to the lakefront, castle, and lots of restaurants. We booked at the last minute because the weather was too hot for camping, and it turned out to be the best decision. Claudia at reception, who seemed to be everywhere, was so friendly and helpful. Hope we get to come back.

Helpful staff, clean modern rooms, and excellent breakfasts with something for everyone. It's right at the edge of the centre, so everything is close by. I recommend it.
