The hosts were the worst part of the stay, extremely unfriendly and hostile. They offered a discount and late checkout, then seemed to use those against me in their Airbnb review. The bathroom was dirty and smelled moldy, with black spots on the walls and between the tiles. Some lights were out, and the hangers were extremely cheap. Now I understand the low reviews. I’d stay away.
The beds and sleeping arrangements were clean, but the floor, kitchen, and bathrooms were not. We couldn't find the place when we arrived, and no one answered when we called the host, so we had to wait outside for a while. There are a lot of stairs, and getting our luggage from the car to the apartment was a nightmare. The guy at the property wasn't helpful either.
The owner was always available, and every request was taken care of promptly, which made the stay feel welcoming and relaxing. The apartment is elegant and finished with care, with an amazing view over the lake. It was an exceptional experience. I’d strongly recommend this place to anyone wanting somewhere stylish and high quality just a short walk from town.
