The mountain views are fantastic, though getting there takes planning since the roads aren't in great shape. What makes this place special is the family who runs it, more than the B&B itself. It feels very authentic and remote, and nearly all the food is homemade. Don't skip dinner with the family.

Breakfast was a highlight, with fresh milk and homemade desserts. Mrs. Milva and her husband, Gianni, welcomed us to their farmhouse in the Abruzzo mountains. They live off their land and clearly love cooking, and we ate so well, with local produce throughout. Come by, you'll be very happy you did.

Milva and Gianni's simple farmhouse has plenty to discover, and we had a lovely weekend at the foot of the Gran Sasso. The scenery is breathtaking, the air is clean, and the food is authentic and good quality. A great choice if you want time in nature and direct contact with it. Getting there can be a bit difficult, but the natural scenery makes the effort worthwhile. It feels like you're surrounded by the Abruzzo National Park. The nearby attractions are worth visiting, though the drive home isn't easy. When you get back, Milva is there with a range of dishes and produce her husband Gianni picked that morning. They made us feel like family, and I'm grateful for the experience, which was far beyond an ordinary B&B stay.

The rooms were clean and the grounds were cared for, with a lovely view of the Gran Sasso. We had a relaxing weekend and felt at home right away with Milva, Gianni, and their son Giammarco. Milva's cooking was wonderful: we had handmade ravioli, chicken with potatoes, and freshly baked pastries at breakfast. I'd happily recommend a weekend here. See you soon 😊
