November 2016

The advertised 400 square meters of living space is wrong. The apartment is at most 150 square meters. In November, the heating didn’t work, and the place was extremely dirty. Every bathroom was disgusting and covered in mold. The beds were very hard, and we could only use three bedrooms. The last one had no duvets. Opening the windows wasn’t an option because of traffic noise from the main road, and nobody responded to our complaint. It ruined our whole vacation. The value for money was terrible, since you can get much better in Rome for the same price.
