We spent four wonderfully restful days in a village that feels just as welcoming and storybook-like as the house itself. Stefano was thoughtful and kind, always paying attention to what his guests needed. A great choice if you're after some peace and quiet.

The village was peaceful, and the house had everything we needed. It was beautiful and welcoming, and our hosts were so kind and ready to help. I spent a few lovely days there over the Carnival holiday, with the Zoncolan ski slopes only 20 minutes away.

We only stayed two days, but the house made quite an impression. It has been turned from a former stable into a comfortable, beautifully renovated detached home. Downstairs there's a living room and kitchen. Upstairs are a bathroom with a window and shower, plus a bedroom with a window and balcony. There's also a mezzanine that works well for a big family. Stefano was warm and helpful, the kind of person who makes you feel like you've known him forever. Excellent!

It only took three days to feel attached to Arta Terme, though that was far too short a visit. The mountain air, the valley, and the people gave me a taste of a life quite different from the plains, and I came away feeling connected to the place without pretending I already knew it. I was captivated by the stories of elves moving through the house, and by Daniela's way of telling them and drawing guests in. The simple furnishings had everything needed, and the home felt like a shelter in a place where quiet is what you come looking for. Stalut das puestines would be my ideal home if I could choose anywhere in the world. This isn't really a review of the accommodation so much as what the place can mean to someone who is sensitive to it. I was amazed and completely taken with it. Daniela also runs the nearby B&B "Sot i Volz," just a few meters away. She looks after her guests, helps them feel at home, and offers tips for discovering the area. Her love for her homeland comes through, and it left me wanting to return soon.
