The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the atmosphere refined, and the cleaning excellent. Breakfast was delicious, with homemade desserts. We stayed one night with two other couples of friends. It’s centrally located and very convenient for exploring the city. Highly recommended. Thanks to Valerio and his wonderful parents.

This wonderful family runs the B&B and helped us discover Ascoli Piceno and the surrounding area, which we fell in love with. Their homemade cakes made breakfast excellent. The historic center location is another great reason to recommend it.

We had a wonderful vacation here at the end of April 2024, my mother, a friend, and me. Mr. Carlo and Mrs. Rosalia are friendly, very kind people, and each morning they made us an excellent breakfast with fresh pastries and delicious cakes. Everything in the rooms was very clean, and the bathroom had all the essentials, including soap and shower gel. It’s right in the center, with parking available not far away, free or for €5 a day. Taking advantage of the parking deal is a good idea, since you can then explore the city on foot from this central spot. The management is attentive and hospitable, and really makes you feel at home. Every room was immaculately clean, and breakfast had a good selection of products.

The rooms are spacious, clean, and well looked after. It’s run by a wonderful family, friendly, kind, and respectful. They make you feel at home and treat you wonderfully. I highly recommend it.
