The room was large and very clean, and the location and on-site parking were the main reasons I picked this place. The staff member I met was friendly right away, and when I had trouble with the lock, he came back after hours to help. It wasn’t hot during my stay, so the lack of air conditioning wasn’t a problem, but the room had no AC even though the listing online said they had it. If you’re visiting in hot weather, it may be worth calling to check. Overall, a pretty nice place.

For a hotel close to the beach, this costs two or three times less than the nearby hotels. The staff are polite and helpful, the room is quite OK, and the bathroom is completely new. Room service cleaned it perfectly every day. There was no WiFi in the room, though it worked near reception.

We were there for two nights with a student group, and the hotel didn’t have arrangements that worked for a large group. It was over 100 degrees, with no AC or fans, and bugs kept flying around the room. We couldn’t sleep either night. They charged the children 1 euro for extra towels, which were so thin we thought they were table linens. The wait staff also wouldn’t let us eat bananas, even though there were plenty, and offered only apples, which I’m allergic to. The beach is close by, but the hotel was awful.

We felt very welcome here with our child. The rooms and facilities were clean, and it’s just a short walk to the lido. Breakfast was amazing, especially the fresh fruit and good coffee. I totally recommend it.

The room was spacious and the location was very good, just 150m on foot from the beach and close to cavi station. There are lots of restaurants nearby, and Lavagna town is 2k away. My stay at tirreno hotel was fine, but there was no WiFi 😒.
