Mr. Leo was so kind and useful, with good suggestions for places to eat and visit. The house was clean, welcoming and had everything we needed, with lots of thought put into the details. It's just as shown in the pictures, and in a great spot for exploring the area. A perfect place to stay for a memorable vacation.

July 2025: We spent three days here as a family, using two separate rooms, one for us and one for our daughters. The apartments had been renovated with good taste and were comfortable, with air conditioning, a minibar and a large bathroom with a shower. We could leave the car right in front, though we didn't need it since Ascoli Piceno's center is an easy walk away. The owner was very helpful. Highly recommend.

The location made getting around easy, with the historic center just steps away, the train station accessible, and a bus stop on the same street. The rooms were clean, welcoming and set up with what we needed for a quiet stay. We could use the kitchen and have breakfast on the veranda. The owner was quick to help with requests and gave us directions and suggestions for sights and typical restaurants.

At Casa di Leo, I found a well-kept, welcoming place with spacious rooms furnished in a tasteful way. It sits right in the heart of Ascoli Piceno, so local attractions were easy to explore. The owner was friendly and very helpful with ideas for places to see and restaurants to try. Breakfast was varied and filling, a lovely start to the day. I had a fantastic stay and would happily return. Highly recommend it for a comfortable, authentic visit.

Paid parking is right outside this very central, lovely B&B. I'd suggest the owner keep a closer eye on the condition of the kitchenette appliances, since they're a real added value for the property.
