It's a quiet area, and an underpass makes it easy to get into the center of Santa Maria. The supermarket is about 400 meters away. The apartment is also just a few meters from the Santa Maria degli Angeli train station, with its own parking spot on the neighboring property that opens onto the bedroom terrace. Inside, it's clean and reasonably comfortable, with two small but nicely equipped bathrooms. One is off the bedroom and has a sliding glass door, so privacy there is limited. The kitchen has the basics, but no small microwave or mini-oven for warming food. There is no washing machine, dishwasher, or air conditioning either, and the steel knives aren't much use for cutting or peeling fruit. A larger TV, perhaps in the kitchen, would be a nice improvement.
