Assisi Panoramic Rooms

The valley view from the balcony was priceless to wake up to each morning. The room was exceptionally large, with a good-sized bathroom, a very comfortable bed and pillows, and useful extras: a kettle, mini fridge, air conditioning, desk, chest of drawers, and plenty of hanging space. There were outlets by the beds and desk, and the WiFi was fast and reliable. If you can, try to get a balcony room overlooking the valley. Michele stayed in touch before I arrived, arranged a taxi from Foligno station, and was there to check me in. He shared a great list of local meal recommendations and was always reachable by message if I needed anything. The hotel is just minutes from the Basilica of St.Francis and a short walk from the main town square. The bus stop is five minutes away if you’re using public transport, though it’s a steep climb with luggage. A taxi should be around 15 Euro from Assisi station or 40 Euro from Foligno station. It’s an excellent place to stay in this gorgeous town, with one of the best views in Assisi. I’d highly recommend it and will definitely be back.

We had a spacious, bright, airy room with a balcony looking out onto idyllic views. The host was gracious and suggested places to eat locally. The location felt just right, between the parking station and the rest of this picturesque town. I’d highly recommend staying here in Assisi.

Enjoy coffee or breakfast on the balcony with the amazing, unobstructed panorama, with beautiful st Peter's church right in the middle. The hotel is in a fantastic spot, close to everything and surrounded by the old city. Rooms were tidy and clean, the beds comfortable, and the modern bathroom had a big shower. Highly recommended.

There isn’t much shared space, but the rooms are spacious and have seating for two. It’s quiet and clean, and I’d get a room looking out over the valley. I’ve stayed in Assisi hotels at least three times, and early morning road noise has usually been my biggest gripe. Here, the hallways face the road while the rooms face the valley, which keeps things quiet enough for me to sleep well. My friend had a road-facing room and said it was quiet too, since it sits one level above the road. There’s no breakfast, but two cafes a one-minute walk away serve really delicious breakfasts. Friendly family business.
