The owners are incredibly nice, and I loved their gorgeous house. Anna made me a delicious breakfast every morning, and both my room and bathroom were clean. The location is convenient. I chose to walk from the train station, about 3 km, and really enjoyed the view. I’d definitely recommend staying here!

The location is excellent, about five minutes from San Francisco Basilica and 10-15 minutes from Piazza Communale, which gives you access to the rest of Assisi’s attractions. The owner drove us to and from the train station for 5 euros each way. The breakfast was so-so and didn’t satisfy us.

It took a little figuring out to find the entrance at first, so I attached a photo in case anyone else is confused like I was. The couple were absolutely lovely, and everything was clean and nice. Breakfast was delicious, and the price was very affordable.

We wished we could've stayed longer. The host was lovely, and the B&B is right by the square in front of the Basilica of San Francesco d'Assisi.

The location is very good, and the place is nice, simple, and just right. Parking takes a bit of effort.
