Francesca was genuinely kind and helpful, and we really enjoyed staying here. It’s a little gem with everything you need, easy to get around from, and parking was simple. The Porziuncola is nearby. We hope to return.

Francesca, the owner, is incredibly kind and always ready with useful suggestions. The B&B itself is charming, well looked after, and close to the Basilica of Santa Maria degli Angeli, while the Basilica of Saint Francis of Assisi is only a short distance away. It’s a handy base for exploring Umbria’s religious and food and wine routes, including Perugia, Montefalco, Bevagna, Deruta, Todi, Orvieto, and more. We’ll definitely be back. :)

The garden is lovely, and the owners are genuinely friendly and kind. It’s a beautiful little house, well furnished and clean, with a stove, washing machine, and refrigerator available for guests. The nickname really fits. I’ll be back!

There’s free parking nearby, and the location is very convenient, about a hundred meters from Santa Maria degli Angeli. The place is small, but well cared for, clean, and has everything you need.

For the price, it’s excellent value. The studio is comfortable to live in and has everything you’d expect. It’s only 100 meters from the Basilica of Santa Maria degli Angeli.
